Women’s Voices
A pathway through the original Leading Voices collection.
Women’s Voices connected the broad premise of the site to individual experiences. The original site argued that a single category named “women” is too large to serve well without asking how age, culture, identity and circumstance change a person’s relationship with a brand.
Why this pathway mattered
Read this pathway as a prompt to listen before segmenting. The broader collection asks how brands can invite participation without assuming that one message fits everyone. The site connected listening with its About argument: women were a majority of buyers but were often treated as one narrow segment. A more useful picture requires attention to differences within and between communities.
